The grand final of the Mibosport Cup presented by Yokomo took place recently and the race attracted over 130 drivers from the Czech Republic and many other European countries including ETS Champion Ronald Völker. Again the race was held for a variety of electric onroad and also offroad classes such as 2WD a 4WD buggy, Stock Zero 17.5T, Modified TC, Formula and Yokomo GT. For Dash for Voucher Race the organizer drew one of the offroad categories, final A 2WD, and the fastest driver was Jiri Mara.
In the Modified TC category 26 drivers entered the race and fought for the victory. In qualification Yokomo driver Ronald Völker took TQ ahead of his team mate Zdenko Kunak with Martin Hudy 3rd. In the A-Main we saw Ronald Völker winning all three finals ahead of Zdenko Kunak. Martin Hudy and Kuba Simurda finished third and fourth.
Overall 19 drivers were on the entry list for the Stock Zero 17.5T class and it was as usually great battle between Marek Cerny and Zdenko Kunak in qualification and in the finals too. TQ and the win went to Zdenko Kunak after very close battle especially in third final. Marek Cerny finished second and David Nemcek third. Fourth place went to Gabor Forrai.
The fastest of about 16 drivers in the Yokomo GT category in qualification and also in the Mains was Ladislav Mlcak. Second place went again to Marcel Dostál and third was Igor Vlahovic. On fourth place was Martin Zvara senior.
TQ in the Formula class went to the always fast Austrian Herbert Weber. In the A-Main nobody else was able to beat Herbert and he took the victory. Second place went to another Austrian driver Gerhard Zündel. After Roland Bauer finished third, the podium was occupied only by Austrian drivers. Fourth on the finish line was Czech Drahoslav Hejtmanek.
In the 4WD buggy class there were 25 drivers racing for victory and the fastest of them in qualifying was Czech Martin Bayer. In the A-Mains he would take the winners trophy. Very fast this race Barnabas Toth finished second ahead of Jiri Mara and Vaclav Strupek, both drivers from Czech Republic.
The 2WD class saw Martin Bayer take TQ and after nice and fast final runs the victory too. Second place finish went to German Ronald Völker and third place went to Czech Jiri Mara. Fourth at the finish was Hungarian Gabor Forrai.
