Due to the fact that fuel is hazardous material, the handling will be much different than regular product from RC1 Racing. All shipping will be shipped in original packaging boxes. There will be no single unit shipping. Neither a flat rate nor a calculation through the regular shipping shop software based on the item’s weight or value can match reality. Therefore, the actual costs will be calculated after putting all items together and you will be informed of those costs prior to shipping.
Due to the increasing cases of fraud, all orders must be prepaid, and only then RC1 will ship all shipment out. Business checks are accepted ONLY for Canadian customers. All checks will be cleared before products will be shipped. US customers can choose to pay by bank wire transfer or credit card as payment. We accept only Visa and Master card for payments and favor this kind of payments. It is the fastest and easiest way, we strongly recommend against sending cash.
The packages of fuel are based on tin per carton. A box of 1 liter tin will contain 10 tins. A box of 2.5 liter tin will contains 6 tins. A box of 5 liter tin will contains 4 tins. Since it is not feasible for RC1 Racing to ship fuels in separate single tins, we request the orders to be in boxes.

In your e-mail order message, please indicate the quantity, stock number and a brief description of each item you wish to order, your RC1 customer number (if known) your shipping AND mailing address (if different). If for some reason you send us your order twice, please indicate this by including the phrase “DO NOT DUPLICATE” somewhere on your order. E-mail orders are usually confirmed within 24 hours. CREDIT CARD ORDERS
RC1 Racing accepts Visa, MasterCard and AMEX credit cards through Paypal. When using your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address if it is different from the shipping address. If the billing address or the security code does not match that which is on file at the financial institution, if authorization is not given for any reason, or if the issuing bank cannot support verification efforts, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification
If you regularly ship orders to an address other than your credit card billing address, we ask that you contact your credit card company and ask them to list the address as an alternate address on your account. Credit card companies are very willing to offer this service to you and it could mean less delays when placing your orders with RC1 Racing. Please note that we cannot work out credit card problems with the financial institution; you must settle problems with them and reorder once the problem is resolved.
CREDITS AND BALANCE DUES
Any credits left on your account with us can be used toward a future order. Any credit not redeemed or refunded within a one-year period will be assessed a service charge fee. We do not assume any responsibility for bank fees incurred as a result of bad checks and/or return credit.
We backorder out-of-stock merchandise whenever possible unless you specify that you do not want an item backordered. Certain sale merchandise, products with uncertain availability, items priced under $10.00 and discontinued items may not be backordered. Backorders shipped at our expense will be shipped via the most economical shipper.
We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from RC1 Racing within 30 days of receipt. There is no restocking fee for qualified returns. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Mounting and running fuel through a model engine, installing radio parts in a model, cutting up balsa sheets in kits, installing software or discarding the packing material are some examples of what constitutes used merchandise. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to RC1 Racing in any way.
COD ORDERS (Only in Canada)
We offer COD (cash on delivery) service to our established customers in Canada. COD service is not available to other destinations or via some shippers. Postal money order or certified check will be required upon delivery. Cash, personal checks or business checks cannot be accepted as payment for COD orders. We ask that you please be certain someone is available to accept and pay for delivery. If you miss delivery and the order is returned, please let us know why. Otherwise, COD service may not be available to you on future orders. A deposit may be required for new or large COD orders. A deposit can be mailed in or charged to your credit card. There will be a $10 service charge on any COD orders.
OUR PERSONAL CHECK POLICY
Unfortunately at this point RC1 Racing will not be accepting any personal checks as payment.
If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. Defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.
Your RC1 Racing CUSTOMER NUMBER
Your customer number can be found on your invoice or mailing labels. Please use the same customer number and name whenever you contact us. If you know that you have created more than one customer account, please let us know so that we may correct this.

LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY
We accept no responsibility for crash damage and/or loss of kits, engines, accessories, etc. incurred during operation of a radio-controlled model. In most cases it is very difficult or impossible to determine whether crash damage was actually due to radio equipment failure or to operator error. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any purchased components that are incorporated into radio systems or problems caused by incompatibility between radio components, parts, and repairs not completed by our service center, etc.
We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased. Also, please note that most items we offer are intended for use in the North America market. International radio frequency and electric current requirements are the responsibility of the buyer.
PRICE AND/OR DESCRIPTION CHANGES
All prices, pictures and descriptions on this site and all other RC1 Racing publications are subject to change. RC1 Racing maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors. In the event of typographical errors on our site or in our publications, RC1 Racing reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its sole discretion.
